Our Maggie!

I was enjoying a hot bath when I looked over to see this adorable mug!

And she's pretty patient and I'll even venture to say, enjoys, when the girls play with her. Even when they put headbands and baby blankets on her...

Water Park!

We got to go to the water park last summer with Aunt Dusty! We've gone the last few years together and always have a blast. This year Daniel and I own our own business which means we have a more flexible schedule so I actually got season tickets so we can go more than once. However, I'm nervous because most likely I'll be taking both girls alone, while Daniel works. Aunt Dusty won't be able to go with us every time so I'm not sure how it's going to be going to the water park with one adult and two kids. I know each of them is going to want to run off different directions.

I love that this girl loves nature so much and isn't afraid to immerse herself in it!

Lemonade Stand & Community Party!

Can't believe I'm behind an entire year! This was from last summer but I'm determined to keep this blog going so I'm just going to do what I can to catch up!
The girls and I had a great lemonade stand last year!

It makes me sad looking at the below picture because I swear she's grown two feet since this picture was taken just last summer!

We raised about $15 if I remember right and decided to donate it but never got around to it unfortunately. It was a busy day because it started off with dance and gymnastics for Charlotte, then we did the lemonade stand and then ended it with attending an event our community puts on every year. Just thinking about fitting all that in one day makes me tired but I remember it being a truly wonderful day!

Daniel worked for most of the day but was able to attend this event with us making it some great family time!

Cookies & Dragon Fruit!

Every year since Morgan has started school, I've worked until 5 or 5:30 pm which meant I wasn't able to pick the girls up directly after school. Since this was the first year that I actually got to pick them up after school and spend the entire evening with them, I made sure to have milk and cookies for them.
School is exhausting!
None of us had ever tried Dragon fruit, so when Daniel saw one at the store he decided to bring it home for us to try something new! We You Tubed how to cut it and then was surprised at the rich blood color!

It was pretty tasty!
