Happy Birthday Mom!

I hope you have a beautiful day and year! You are an amazing mother! You've always been there for me with grace, tenderness and patience. I'll forever be grateful for everything you've done and taught me. I love you Mom!

I started to cry when I saw this picture. I can't describe why it's so beautiful to me.
