Mostly Charlotte!

Charlotte is delighting us with her sweet coos and smiles! She's our beautiful, chunky, spunky, cuddly girl!
 So pretty.
I'm extremely fortunate that I have a daycare provider who sends me pictures throughout my work day. The below 4 pictures are of Charlotte at daycare.
Charlotte continues to love her changing table.
And she likes bath time now too.
 Happy girl!
The below picture is of Morgan just a month older than what Charlotte is above. We're getting a lot of use out of Morgan's old clothes. :)
 Morgan and Charlotte
Morgan requested sprinkles for breakfast so I figured out a way to incorporate them into a special Sunday breakfast.
Look at those lips!
I keep finding Charlotte holding toys. Morgan will go get stuff and give it to Charlotte.
Morgan and I love to play games lately.

Grandpa & Abi Visit!

Daniel's dad (Steve) and Steve's wife (Dorothea) came to visit us.
We went out to sushi and had a great time!
Steve and Morgan bonded during dinner.
Morgan learned how to use chopsticks. I was amazed at how quickly she picked it up. She was even successfully eating rice with her chopsticks!
She ate an entire piece of sashimi AND enjoyed it! We were thrilled!

Steve and Charlotte bonded too. He was a baby whisperer with her. She seemed to just go into this comatose, relaxed state with him.
Dorothea (also known as Abi) and Morgan enjoyed playing with the Ipad together.

They did some really neat stuff on the Ipad!

 Lots of reading went on.

 Daniel and I at sushi...
We're so appreciative of their trip out! We had a great visit!

Morgan The Ballerina!

Morgan loves her ballet class!
She gets to wear a tutu sometimes.

 Ballet class makes her giddy!

 Tippy toes!
 Listening to teacher.
Oh to be a little girl again... Look at these girls cracking up together.

Morgan says goodbye to Miss Megan.

Tea Party for Two!

I decided to throw Morgan a tea party before I returned to work. I got the idea off that reality show about Tori and Dean. I love that show! :)
I made cupcakes and icing completely from scratch for the first time. I got the idea off of Pinterest. They were lemon cupcakes with raspberry frosting. They were yummy! The cake was perfect but the icing needed some work.
I didn't buy a thing. I was able to use items we already had and I thought it turned out great.
Morgan was excited to dress up for our tea party. She picked out her outfit.

Daddy couldn't resist his daughter's invitation to join us at the table. He did, however, forbid me to take any pictures. He's actually the one who taught Morgan to stick out her pinkie while sipping her juice. He was cracking me up because he kept saying things like, "These sandwiches are delightful!"

Morgan was most excited about the cupcakes of course.
I love doing this stuff with her.
